company, created to be more than a source of temporary staff. The word "Alternatives"
in our name means just that -- staffing and alternative support services to help

The concept for BSA and its alternative services grew out of the principal’s
20 plus years of local experience in the staffing, human resource, and management
consulting field. Using this background we have assembled at BSA a group

- Employee Evaluations
Conduct pre-employment skills testing for software,
technical, secretarial, and business skills. Other evaluation services include:
criminal background investigations, drug testing, and other specialized employee

Provide payroll services for customers’ own employee group,
retirees or seasonal personnel as employer of record.
- Managed Services
Assume the operational responsibility for managing and
