Beacon Staffing Alternatives is a locally owned and managed Baltimore-based company, created to be more than a source of temporary staff. The word "Alternatives" in our name means just that -- staffing and alternative support services to help your company operate efficiently and successfully.
The concept for BSA and its alternative services grew out of the principal’s 20 plus years of local experience in the staffing, human resource, and management consulting field. Using this background we have assembled at BSA a group of dedicated and experienced professionals, all of whom have built a reputation on Quality - Integrity - Reliability in the staffing and personnel field.

Assign fully evaluated employees to clients with staffing needs in a wide range of job categories and skill levels from production and clerical workers to professionals and high-tech staff. - Placement Services
Recruit prospective employees for full-time employment at all positions and skill levels throughout the work place on a fee basis. - Employee Evaluations
Conduct pre-employment skills testing for software, technical, secretarial, and business skills. Other evaluation services include: criminal background investigations, drug testing, and other specialized employee screening needs. - Payrolling
Provide payroll services for customers’ own employee group, retirees or seasonal personnel as employer of record. - Managed Services
Assume the operational responsibility for managing and performing specific functions for the customer, on an on-going contractual basis, including the recruiting, training and supervision of staff assigned to the customer.
