Beacon Staffing Alternatives, Inc. was started in May of 1999 by the owners Sheryl Davis Kohl and Patricia Davis. Our company with the help of a Small Business Loan, were able to successfully seperate from our franchisor. The concept for Beacon Staffing Alternatives, Inc. grew out of the principal's 20 plus years of local experience in the staffing, human resource, and management consulting field.
Using this background we have assembled a group of dedicated and experienced professionals, all of whom have built a reputation on Quality-Integrity-Reliability in the staffing and personnel field. We started in Bel Air Maryland in the historic Van Bibber House in 1985. We currently operate two offices in the Baltimore Metro Area, they are; Aberdeen and Towson. |
