| Description: | Ideal candidate will be challenged in a very demanding multi-tasking position. Ideal candidate compensated hourly that will include over-time hours. The ideal candidate must be able to work hours required, multi-task effectively, be detail oriented,have good customer service and phone skills, be able to cooperate and get along in a small office with five other dispatchers. Prior CONCRETE DISPATCHING and RADIO EXPERIENCE IS A MUST HAVE. The position is Monday through Friday with some Saturdays, depending on volume of orders. The ideal candidate would be responsible for taking phone orders, scheduling work, releasing orders, possibly batching the concrete, dispatching pump/dump/and roll-off trucks. The person needs to be quick, efficient, calm-headed, and professional. |
