Basic Details
  • Compound flavors, produce extracts and blends
  • Perform analytical testing
  • Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
  • Use laboratory notebooks to compound formulas and create sample products for evaluation
  • Prepare samples of raw materials, intermediates and finished products for customers
  • Perform raw material testing
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, etc.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
  • Ability to work independently
  • Color vision (ability to detect color) required due to need to daily compare color difference in products
