Re-Employability Specialist

Dedicated Re-Employability Specialist supporting individuals re-entering the workforce through career coaching, job readiness training, and employment placement services. This role focuses on helping clients build job skills, improve employability, and connect with employers and community resources.

Responsibilities:

• Provide career coaching and job readiness training
• Assist clients with resume and cover letter development
• Conduct interview preparation sessions
• Connect clients with employers and job opportunities
• Maintain case notes and client progress records
